What shipping methods can I use?
Standard shipping takes 2-10 business days for delivery, depending on the size, weight, and shipping address of the order. Additional shipping options may include overnight, 2-day, 3-day and LTL for very large orders. LTL Shipping requires either a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service. At this time we do not offer White Glove service through our carriers. Orders over $300 may also be picked up from our IL warehouse.
Shipping Outside the United States
At the moment, we only ship to locations within the United States and its territories. Gorilla Supply is not responsible for shipments purchased with the intent of reshipping overseas.
Liftgate Service
Liftgate service is only necessary for LTL shipments where there is no loading dock or forklift available for delivery. With liftgate service, the pallet will be lowered from the delivery truck and left on the ground for the customer to bring inside.
