Tracking Your Package
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number.


Our primary default carrier is UPS and Amazon Shipping. UPS's shipping schedule is available here.


Delays Beyond Our Control: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, factors like severe weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses may impact transit times.


Missing or Misdelivered Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighboring businesses or homes. Carriers occasionally deliver to the wrong unit in multi-tenant buildings. If it is still missing, contact us immediately.


Damaged Packages: We securely package all items, but accidents happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us right away. Taking pictures of both the product and the damaged packaging will heavily expedite the resolution process.
