Tracking Your Package
The moment an order is ready to ship(within 1-2 business days) the customer will get notified via email the tracking number. The tracking number can be used to find the shipping and location status. If your item appears to be lost or stuck in transit please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and make sure you get your order.
If your tracking number is marked as delivered but you have not received it, it's always a good idea to check with neighboring businesses or homes to see if they received it instead. Occasionally FedEx or USPS drivers may make a mistake and deliver to the wrong address especially if there are multiple business or units in the same building.
